The Atomium is an emblematic monument located in Brussels, Belgium. Built for the 1958 Universal Exhibition (Expo 58), it represents an iron crystal molecule enlarged 165 billion times. The building consists of nine stainless steel spheres connected by tubes, each sphere having a diameter of 18 meters.

The spheres house permanent and temporary exhibitions, as well as a restaurant with a panoramic view over Brussels. With its unique, futuristic shape, the Atomium is both an architectural feat and a symbol of the scientific and technological progress of its time.
